The General Authority for the Environment, in cooperation with the General Department of Coast Guard, carried out an inspection campaign on Qaruh Island, in order to monitor violators of the Environmental Protection Law and assess the environmental situation on the island. And 3 minutes of violations were issued in accordance with Article (100) of the Environmental Protection Law in order to throw the boat's tooth on the coral reefs, and the island's pioneers were sensitized to the Environmental Protection Law.

The Environment Public Authority advises island-goers to tie their boats to the moorings in order to protect coral reefs and preserve biodiversity.
