Wadi Al-Batin Natural Reserve

A natural wildlife reserve with an area of 910 km2 that was approved by Cabinet Resolution No. 25 of 2011 and handed over to the Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources as part of the terrestrial environment rehabilitation projects. It was announced according to the Supreme Council for the Environment Decision No. 7/2016. The purpose of its establishment is to protect the environment and its biodiversity, and for the purposes of rehabilitation projects for the wild environment (border reserve).
