The SEMP project according the third cooperation frame between Kuwait country and united nation development program UNDP
It has been executed by coordination with experts of united nation development program UNDP and the outputs are the following:
- Prepare an organization structure for public authority for environment and prepare the financial and departments regulations and it has been approved by council bureau of civilian service in 2010 and still existing in the authority and it has been inserted the modification on that.
- Prepare the compliance frame and environmental compliance.
