Coordination Meeting to Launch the Private Universities E-Waste Recycling Challenge Initiative
A coordination meeting was held to prepare for the launch of the "Private Universities E-Waste Recycling Challenge" initiative, in collaboration with the Eco Incubator. The initiative aims to raise environmental awareness and encourage university students to participate in recycling and sustainability efforts.
The campaign is scheduled to officially launch on October 15, 2026, at the Environment Public Authority theater, with the support of the private sector and banks, and the participation of several private universities.
This initiative falls within the framework of strengthening partnerships among environmental authorities, the academic sector, and the private sector; promoting a culture of proper e-waste management; and encouraging youth-led initiatives that contribute to environmental protection and sustainability.
