As part of efforts to raise environmental awareness regarding the importance of preserving Kuwait’s marine environment, the Environment Public Authority (EPA) participated in the "Kuwait’s Sea Under the Microscope" event—organized by the Kuwait Gulf Oil Company (KGOC) under the theme "From Waters to Life... Discoveries and Stories from the Deep."

The event featured the participation of Dr. Lujain Al-Sayegh, Head of the Seawater Department at the Environment Public Authority. Discussions highlighted the significance of the marine environment and biodiversity, as well as ongoing efforts to monitor and protect Kuwait’s marine ecosystem—initiatives that contribute to fostering environmental awareness and embedding the concept of sustainability.

This participation underscores the Environment Public Authority’s commitment to collaborating with various experts to safeguard the national marine environment and its natural resources for the benefit of future generations.
