Administrative Development and Training Department

Tasks and Specializations:

  • Study organizational and administrative problems in the authority and suggest appropriate solutions to remedy it.
  • Developing work systems and methods in the various sectors and departments of the authority in coordination with the concerned authorities of the authority, preparing manuals for the authority's work systems and simplifying and developing their procedures.
  • Surveying training needs in the various sectors and departments of the authority and planning training and development programs that meet these needs.
  • Designing an integrated system for describing and evaluating the Authority’s functions and working to update and develop this system in coordination with the Authority’s Administrative Affairs Department.
  • Setting plans for manpower development programs and career path plans.
  • Prepare the annual work plan and the proposed operational budget for the department and present it to the Deputy Director General for Administrative and Financial Affairs and technical support services and follow up on their implementation.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the activities and achievements of the administration and present them to the Deputy Director General for Administrative and Financial Affairs and technical support services.
